Mis-spacing It is an offence to mis-space or mis-represent vehicle registration numbers on number plates in any way. Letters and figures must be correctly spaced and formed. Vehicles with illegally displayed number plates may now fail the MoT test. Offenders are liable to a maximum fine of £1000 if convicted. |
